In brief
Networking Services and Information Technologies has the responsibility for planning, developing, managing and maintaining the most effective, efficient and economic communications network it can. To ensure that the University's voice and data communications needs are met, NSIT must be consulted during the initial planning of new construction or renovation of existing space. The Universal Wiring Plan, also known as the Structured Cabling Specifications document, contains project guidelines for voice and data services.
