Submit a phone repair trouble ticket
In brief
If you are having a problem with your University telephone, you can submit a trouble ticket to Client Services & Support by phone, email, or via the web. Students who live in a residence hall should follow the troubleshooting instructions on the Student Phone Repair web page.

To submit a trouble ticket, contact Client Services & Support at 2-9100 option 1, 29100@uchicago.edu, or by submitting the Request for Repairs form. For expedited service please call 2-9100 option 1 at any time. Problems reported by phone are generally resolved within 4 hours. We respond to web and email reports only during standard business hours.
