Report that someone has access to my account
In brief
The Eligibility and Acceptable Use Policy requires that each member of the University community maintain sole access to his or her account. If you find that your account services have been compromised, there are steps you can take to ensure that you can regain sole control over your account.
Do it now
If you feel that there is an immediate threat to your physical safety, contact the University Police department (123 from an on-campus phone or 773-702-8181 from an off-campus phone). To report that someone has access to your account call Network Security at 2-CERT (773-702-2378).
