Full descriptions and pictures of all our telephone equipment are available in our Telephone Instrument Catalog to assist you in choosing a telephone instrument to meet your needs. To order a new phone, send an email to 29100@uchicago.edu. You must provide an FAS account number and copy the authorized signer on the email message. Once we receive your request, a confirmation letter will be faxed to your attention. Shortly thereafter, depending upon our service request volume, a Client Services & Support Analyst will contact you directly to discuss your request. You can view the current rates for telephone service on our Rates page. |
