You can add or remove the following services to your phone: Voicemail, Call Forwarding, Calling area, Call waiting, Music on hold, or Call pickup group.

Do it now
To request that one of these services be added to or removed from your phone, call 2-9100, option 4; email a request to 29100@uchicago.edu; or fax a request to 2-4457. You must provide an FAS account number and copy the authorized signer on the email message. Once we receive your request, a confirmation letter will be faxed to your attention. Shortly thereafter, depending upon our service request volume, a Client Services & Support Analyst will contact you directly to discuss your request. |
