Cancel a University calling card
In brief
A calling card is used to make a long-distance call when conducting University business while off campus. The department is responsible for all charges incurred up to the point of cancellation. A new calling card will be issued only if requested.    
Do it now
To cancel a calling card, the department needs to fill out the Calling Card Request Form or send an email to 29100@uchicago.edu. If the card has been lost or stolen, contact Client Services & Support at 2-9100, option 4 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
