In brief
A calling card is used to make a call when conducting University business while off campus. A calling card allows you to place calls while away from the office and then have those charges billed back to a department FAS account number.

Do it now
To request a calling card, the departmental Account Administrator must submit a request to Client Services & Support by filling out the Calling Card Request Form or sending an email to 29100@uchicago.edu. Once we receive your request, a confirmation letter will be sent to your attention. The calling card and a responsibility statement will be hand-delivered to the authorized signer (or a person designated by the authorized signer), who will be asked to sign for the receipt of the card. |

know first:All calls made using calling cards are the responsibility of the department to which they are assigned. Do not post on phone or other areas where it could be stolen.
