What would you like to do?
Recover a compromised CNetID Account |
|---|
In brief
The Eligibility and Acceptable Use Policy requires that each member of the University community maintain sole access to his or her account. If your account is compromised, you will need to recertify your account, which requires you to follow a process to indicate that you are the rightful account owner before being given access to the account again.
Do it now
If you were told by the Support Line or Network Security that you need to recertify your account, you must follow a process to indicate that you are the rightful account owner before being given access to the account again. For instructions on how to recertify your account, see our Compromised CNetID account recovery page. |
